The team at Smile Clinic Slovakia offers a free dental treatment plan and quote comfortably from your own home, based on photographs you can take yourself. It is a great advantage for those patients who want to save time and an extra trip to the clinic.
What photos do we need?
For us to be able to make a treatment plan effectively we will need your x-ray if you have one, a short description of your dental situation and photographs.
It is really easy…
- You can use your mobile phone, iPad/tablet or regular digital camera.
- If it is possible ask someone to take the photographs for you.
- If you don’t have anyone to do it for you, then take the photographs in front of the mirror.
- Use flash if necessary.
- Make sure that pictures are not dark and that the teeth are clearly visible on them.
Here are some example of photographs that would be helpful and also photos that will not help us to make an effective dental treatment plan for you.
You can attach the photos and add a little description of problem with your teeth or simply tell us what you would like to change about your teeth through our dental inquiry form. We will send you a reply with a treatment plan for you within 24 hours.
What will you find on your treatment plan?
On your treatment plant you will find our opinion of the required treatment for your teeth, cost, information about the clinic, and the number of visits needed for you. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
My teeth have never been looked after properly,some are crooked and off colour.I had an accident at work last year on a construction site,i tripped and fell face first on a 16mm vertical 1 metre high steel reinforcement bar (re-bar) which cut through my lip and knocked out my top front tooth & 3 middle teeth on the bottom some came out with the root some snapped off leaving the root,it also loosened some other teeth which have been filled to hold them in,my wisdom teeth have all been taken out.I would just like to have a nice smile and not be ashamed to open my mouth any more! What can you do to achieve this goal?i’ve taken some photos but don’t know how to send them,i’ll find youre e mail address and forward them now,
