I have a very crooked front teeth, which is twisted about 90° to the front. My dentist says that it is because i have no space and my teeth are very large. My question is, can you extract the crooked teeth and replace it with an implant? Because i don’t want to wear any braces..
In Austria they told me it is forbidden to extract healthy teeth, but i just want to have straight teeth as fast as possible and smile..
